Refund policy

Because our products are fresh or food-based, we have to be strict about refunds and returns. Please read this before placing your order.

When a Refund or Exchange is Possible

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item (and it’s unopened, untampered, and in a re-saleable condition)
  • An item is faulty

When a Refund or Exchange is Not Possible

We cannot refund, exchange, or enter into further correspondence if:

  • You’ve changed your mind
  • The product has been opened, tampered with, or is no longer in a saleable condition
  • You ordered the wrong product

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.


Timeframes & Contact

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there’s an issue.
  • For defective items, returns must be made within 2 days of purchase at your expense.
  • Use a registered or trackable service for returns—we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Replacements & Refund Method

  • Defective items will be replaced with the same product where possible.
  • If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued as a gift voucher for future purchases.

Damaged Goods in Transit

If your order is damaged during delivery:

  1. Email orders@oldmcdonaldlamb.com.au within 48 hours.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos (under 2MB) showing the damage.
  3. Each case will be assessed individually. We may offer a replacement or a gift voucher, at our discretion.

Returning Goods

  1. Contact us for a Return Authority before sending anything back.
  2. Items must be in original packaging and saleable condition.
  3. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  4. Shipping charges and bank fees are non-refundable.
  5. Credits are issued as a gift voucher or replacement, at our discretion.
