Warranty, Returns & Refunds Policy

We’re proud of what we send out, so we want you to be happy with what lands on your doorstep.
Because our products are fresh or food-based, refunds and returns are limited. Please read this carefully before ordering.

Choose Carefully

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges except as required by law. All orders are non-returnable unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong product was sent.

Check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you believe you’ve received the wrong product, do not open it. We can’t accept returns or offer refunds for any product that’s been opened, tampered with, or isn’t in its original condition.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there’s a problem.


You’re eligible for a refund or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item (and it’s unopened, untampered, and re-saleable)
  • The product is faulty

No refund, exchange, or further correspondence if:

  • You’ve simply changed your mind
  • Products have been opened, tampered with, or aren’t in a re-saleable condition
  • You ordered incorrectly

Gift vouchers can’t be redeemed for cash.


Defective Items

Defective items must be returned within 2 days of purchase at your expense to be eligible for replacement. We strongly recommend using a trackable method—lost parcels can’t be replaced.

We’ll replace defective items with the same product where possible. If that’s not possible, we’ll issue a gift voucher for the full amount, valid for future online purchases.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours at info@oldmcdonaldlamb.com.au with your order number and clear photos (under 2MB) showing the damage.

We may offer a gift voucher or replacement—this is at our discretion. Because we sell food products, a cash refund is rarely possible.


Returning Goods

  1. Contact us first to get a Return Authority.
  2. Return goods in original packaging, in a saleable condition, at your expense.
  3. Shipping costs and bank fees are non-refundable.
  4. Any credit will be in the form of a gift voucher or replacement, at our discretion.
